COUNTRY-HOUSE GEROFOTI
The country house is a unique renovated stone build house (120 M2) in a beautiful winery hill with great view to the hills & the sea.
The Country House can accommodate up to 7 persons.
It stands 1 km from the Mansion (Hotel), 7 km from the beach, 9 km from Aigion, 36 km from Patras.
The country house is situated in a 1500 m2 fenced farm.
It is recently renovated with simple country style furniture, comfortable and consists of :
- A big living room with fireplace
- Two bedrooms with 2 twin-beds, 2 singe-beds and 1 sofa (converting into twin-bed)
- Two fully equipped kitchens (one big & one small)
- Two bathrooms
- Central heating and hot water is also available.
A tiled yard of 150 m2 with a low stone fence is surrounding the house.
The house has wonderful view over the Corinthian Bay sea and the vineyard hills of Achaia.
In the fenced farm, there is a nice garden with flowers in front of the house, while the entire land is covered with olive trees.
A big parking place within the fenced land, allows some 5-7 cars to park quite comfortably.
Just in front of the farm, the province road leads to the national road Athens-Patras.
The neighbor houses are occupied the whole year with friendly people.
